** ORDERING, PAYMENT & BILLING
* What Payment Methods Do You Accept
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICANEXPRESS & DISCOVER, processed through Paypal, where you can also pay by check. You do not have to have a Paypal account to send a payment.
* Do you take phone orders?
We do not normally take phone orders, in order to keep our business expenses down, and offer our customers better pricing, However if you need assistance, we will take your order by phone. We will make every effort to help you complete your order.
** Shipping Times & Tracking
* When will I receive my order?
Most products are shipped UPS or FedEx Ground, with insurance. Most rders shipwithin 3 working days, after payment is cleared. It usually takes 3 to 5 days to arrive.
Some items may take longer but every effort is made to state those exceptions on the product or category pages.
* Will I receive a tracking number after the
item is shipped?
Yes, you will receive an email notice with the tracking number after the item is shipped.
* Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico or Canada?
We can ship some items to Canada. Some items can even be shipped internationally but additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact an international freight forwarder to establish an account for shipping to your country. They will advise your shipping charges.
We do not ship to APO, FPO or P.O. Box addresses.
* What is your warranty?
Our manufacturers warrant their products against defects in manufacturing. Some warranties are for six months and some are for one year. Please refer to the product descriptions for specific warranty. We offer no product warranties above the manufacturer's warranties
* Can I return the product if I am not
Yes, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return your item under the following conditions:
* You must notify us by email within 7 days of receiving the item. We will give you a Return Authorization
number & instructions for the return.
* Item must be returned in new condition and in the complete original packaging.
* Item must be properly packaged and insured with return shipping fee paid in advance.
* When the item is received, it will be inspected. If everything is in resaleable condition, your account
will be credited for the cost less the original shipping cost.
If an order is refused, after being shipped, there will be a 15% restocking fee plus original shipping charges will be withheld.
If an order is cancelled, through no fault of ours, a 10% Handling Fee will be withheld.
