Since 1997, their efforts have made thousands of cats and their owners happy to own the best in quality cat furniture. Like anything, THERE IS a difference when it comes to choosing quality. Their secret has been simple for almost a decade - build the best to be the best. It's been a pretty straightforward code to follow, really. There is one constraint, though - they must take their time when crafting each piece and unit. Rome wasn't built in a day, and although they do build plenty of furniture pieces at their facility… well, you get the point!

Molly and Friends Warranty Info

Molly and Friends offer a one year limited warranty against defects in quality or workmanship. This warranty does not cover wear and tear on the carpet or sisal. We ask that units that are damaged in shipping be refused by the customer at delivery, but understand that this does not always happen. We will replace any units that are damaged in shipping or are defective, free of charge. Depending upon the specific circumstances of each claim, we may require the unit to be returned to us or that pictures of the damage/defect be e-mailed to us. If we require the unit to be returned, it will be returned on our account and the shipping will be paid for by Molly and Friends.

Molly and Friends  do not accept returns for customer remorse.
